NexPoke 隱私權政策
NexPoke(以下稱「本應用程式」或「我們」)重視您的隱私。本政策說明我們如何蒐集、使用、分享與保護您的資訊,以及您可如何管理您的資料。
1. 我們蒐集哪些資訊
- 帳戶與登入資訊:使用 Google、Apple、Email 或其他支援的登入方式時,可能取得您的基本帳戶資訊,例如電子郵件、顯示名稱、頭像、使用者識別碼。
- 使用者內容與互動資料:您在本應用程式中建立、上傳或互動的內容,例如貼文、圖片、影片、留言、按讚、追蹤、私訊、檢舉、封鎖、許願池、揪飯飯、優惠券、集點卡及相關操作紀錄。
- 購買與虛擬物品紀錄:若您使用 App 內購買或虛擬物品功能,我們可能會保存與寶石、金幣、領券、用券、遊戲、交易狀態或兌換狀態相關的紀錄。付款資訊由 Apple、Google 或相關平台處理,我們不會取得您的信用卡或完整付款帳號資料。
- 位置資訊(若您授權或使用相關功能):於特定功能,例如地區、打卡、附近或內容推薦功能,可能使用大概位置或前景定位資訊。
- 相機、NFC 與媒體存取(若您使用相關功能):掃碼、NFC 感應、拍攝、上傳或儲存內容時,可能使用相機、NFC 或讀取媒體。
- 推播通知資料(若您允許):使用 Firebase Cloud Messaging(FCM)等服務處理推播所需識別資訊,例如推播權杖。
- 廣告、識別碼與診斷資料(若適用):我們可能使用 Google AdMob、Firebase 或其他服務供應商,以提供、衡量或改善廣告、效能、安全性與錯誤修復。相關資料可能包含裝置識別碼、廣告資料、產品互動、效能資料與崩潰資料。
2. 我們如何使用您的資訊
- 提供與維護服務,例如登入、內容呈現、帳號管理、優惠券、集點卡、遊戲、私訊與互動功能。
- 改善使用體驗,例如效能優化、錯誤修復、安全性與功能改善。
- 提供您要求的功能,例如掃碼、NFC、定位相關功能、推播通知、領券、用券或虛擬物品功能。
- 防止濫用、詐欺、違規行為,並保障平台與使用者安全。
- 處理客服、檢舉、申訴、封鎖、帳號安全與必要通知。
- 顯示、衡量或改善廣告與商業內容成效(若適用)。
3. 我們如何分享您的資訊
我們不會出售您的個人資料。僅在以下情況可能分享或提供必要資料:
- 服務供應商:例如 Google/Firebase(驗證、資料庫、儲存、推播、診斷)、Google AdMob(廣告)、Apple 或 Google(App 內購買與平台服務)。
- 依法要求:法律、法院、主管機關要求,或為保障使用者、第三方與平台安全。
- 平台安全與權利保護:為處理濫用、詐欺、違規、申訴、爭議或帳務紀錄所必要。
- 經您同意:取得您明確同意時。
4. 權限使用說明
- 相機:用於掃描 QR Code、拍攝照片或錄製影片。
- 相簿/媒體:用於選取、上傳或儲存照片與影片。
- NFC:用於感應、領取或綁定 NexPoke 相關裝置或內容。
- 通知:用於推播系統通知、互動提醒、優惠券、帳號、安全或官方訊息。
- 位置:僅在您授權或使用相關功能時,用於地區、打卡、附近或內容推薦等功能。
5. 資料保存與刪除
我們會在提供服務所需期間內保存資料,或依法保存。 若您希望刪除帳戶或資料,可以在 NexPoke App 內操作: 「個人頁 > 右上角選單 > 帳號相關處理 > 刪除帳號」。
若您使用 Google 登入且無法使用 App,也可以前往官方網站的 帳號登入 / 刪除帳號 入口,使用 Google 帳號登入後刪除帳號。
若您使用 Apple 登入、Email 登入或其他登入方式,請優先於 NexPoke App 內刪除帳號。 若您無法使用 App,請透過 service@nexpoke.com 與我們聯繫,我們會協助驗證身分並處理帳號或資料刪除請求。
帳號刪除後無法復原。基於安全、防詐欺、法規遵循、交易紀錄、稅務或爭議處理等必要目的, NexPoke 可能依法保留部分必要紀錄,但不再公開顯示您的身份。
若您希望查詢、更正、刪除或限制使用您的個人資料,也可以透過 service@nexpoke.com 與我們聯繫。我們會在合理期間內依適用法律與實際服務狀態處理您的請求。
6. 安全性
我們採取合理措施保護資料安全,但網路傳輸或電子儲存方式無法保證 100% 安全。
7. 兒童隱私
本應用程式不以 13 歲以下兒童為目標使用者。如有誤收集情形,請聯絡我們以便採取適當處理。

Privacy Policy (English)
NexPoke ("we" or "the App") values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information, and how you can manage your data.
1. Information We Collect
- Account & Sign-in: when you use Google, Apple, Email, or other supported sign-in methods, we may receive basic account information such as email address, display name, profile photo, and user ID.
- User Content & Interactions: content and interactions you create, upload, or perform in the App, such as posts, images, videos, comments, likes, follows, direct messages, reports, blocks, Wishing Pool, Jiu Meal, coupons, stamps, and related activity records.
- Purchases & Virtual Items: if you use in-app purchases or virtual item features, we may keep records related to gems, coins, coupon claims, coupon usage, games, transaction status, and redemption status. Payment information is processed by Apple, Google, or the relevant platform. We do not receive your credit card number or full payment account details.
- Location (if permitted or used): approximate or foreground location may be used for certain features such as region, check-in, nearby, or content recommendation features.
- Camera, NFC & Media: camera, NFC, and media access may be used for QR code scanning, NFC interactions, capturing, uploading, or saving content.
- Push Notifications (if enabled): Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or similar services may process identifiers such as push tokens to deliver notifications.
- Ads, Identifiers & Diagnostics: we may use Google AdMob, Firebase, or other service providers to provide, measure, or improve ads, performance, safety, and error fixing. Related data may include device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction, performance data, and crash data.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the service, including sign-in, content display, account management, coupons, stamps, games, direct messages, and interaction features.
- Improve performance, reliability, security, error fixing, and user experience.
- Enable requested features such as QR code scanning, NFC, location-related features, push notifications, coupon claims, coupon usage, and virtual item features.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, violations, and protect the platform and users.
- Handle customer support, reports, appeals, blocks, account safety, and necessary notices.
- Serve, measure, or improve ads and commercial content, if applicable.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share or provide necessary data in the following situations:
- Service providers: such as Google/Firebase for authentication, database, storage, push notifications, and diagnostics; Google AdMob for ads; and Apple or Google for in-app purchases and platform services.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, courts, government authorities, or to protect users, third parties, and the platform.
- Platform safety and rights protection: when necessary to handle abuse, fraud, violations, appeals, disputes, or transaction records.
- With your consent: when you have given clear consent.
4. Permissions
- Camera: used for QR code scanning, taking photos, or recording videos.
- Photos/Media: used to select, upload, or save photos and videos.
- NFC: used to scan, claim, or bind NexPoke-related devices or content.
- Notifications: used for system notifications, interaction reminders, coupons, account, safety, or official messages.
- Location: used only when you grant permission or use related features such as region, check-in, nearby, or content recommendation features.
You can revoke permissions in your device system settings.
5. Retention & Deletion
We retain data as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may delete your account in the NexPoke App: Personal Profile > menu > Account Management > Delete Account.
If you signed in with Google and cannot access the App, you may use the Account Sign-in / Delete Account entry on our official website and sign in with Google to delete your account.
If you signed in with Apple, Email, or another sign-in method, please delete your account directly in the NexPoke App. If you cannot access the App, please contact us at service@nexpoke.com. We will help verify your identity and process your account or data deletion request.
Account deletion is irreversible. For security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, tax, or dispute handling purposes, NexPoke may retain certain necessary records, but your identity will no longer be publicly displayed.
If you wish to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, you may contact us at service@nexpoke.com. We will handle your request within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws and the actual service status.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
